Dillon Brothers Harley-Davidson is excited to announce our new VIB Rewards Program. It’s a great way for us the show our appreciation to our very bestcustomers. The program includes the products and programs that make Harley-Davidson a cut above the rest. The VIB Program is offered at our Omaha and Fremont H-D locations. See the Q&A section on the opposite page to discover some of the benefits of being a VIB.

What is a VIB, and who can be one?

VIB stands for Very Important Biker. All current and past motorcycle customers and current Elkhorn Valley Hog members are VIB’s and are eligible to receive a VIB card.

Why was the VIB Rewards Program created?

Harley-Davidson products are the best in the world, and having permanent discounts on them doesn’t jive with the Motor Company’s image or philosophy. With this in mind, we are removing all programmed customer discounts from our system on January 1, 2011. We are creating the VIB program to offset any negativity caused by the discontinuation of these discounts.

What are the benefits of having a VIB card?

When a VIB makes a purchase, you will receive punches on the VIB card to the nearest $25 increment. Tax amounts are not included. For example, if you make a purchase for $78, you will receive three $25 punches. Once a card has 10 punches, it is redeemable for a $25 credit on any future purchase.

What products are eligible for punches?

Eligible items include H-D and aftermarket Parts and Accessories, Harley-Davidson Motorclothes and Apparel, Licensed Products, H-D Authorized Rentals, Rider’s Edge tuition, Winter Storage, even money spent on service labor. You can use the credit from fully punched cards on all these items as well. *Excluded from punches: motorcycles, F&I products, gift cards.

Do the cards expire? What about lost cards?

The VIB cards don’t expire. However, lost cards are like lost money and cannot be replaced, so do your best to hold on to them. Any other benefits to the VIB members? We are planning some special promotions and events featuring double punches on all purchases, and we will continue to enhance this program for our best customers—Our VIB’s!
